Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Delivery is free and fully tracked — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- United Kingdom: 2 to 4 working days
- European Union: 4 to 7 working days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 14 working days
These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or in the event of carrier delays.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If your parcel doesn't arrive within the estimated time, write to us at support@wearaquila.com and we'll take care of it.
