The 60-day clear-water guarantee

We stand behind every pair. If your AQUILA Aviators fog up or leak within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we'll replace them — no questions asked.

Returns

You may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To start a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer law. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.

The fastest way to exchange a colorway or size is to contact us — we'll arrange the swap as soon as possible.
