Is it difficult to set up?
Not at all. The AQUILA Mistral stands upright, lies flat, or mounts to the wall with the included adhesive hooks — no drilling, no tools. It's ready in under two minutes.

Is it really quiet?
Yes. Its bladeless ring delivers a continuous stream of air at 30 dB maximum — quieter than a whisper. Perfect for sleeping, working or watching a film.

Is it safe around children and pets?
Absolutely. No blades are exposed: there is no risk of contact with any moving part.

How is it different from an ordinary fan?
A fan only stirs warm air around. The Mistral genuinely cools the airflow thanks to AirFlux 360° technology — with no noise, no dry air and no installation.

Does it come with a remote control?
Yes. You can switch it on and off and adjust the three speeds without getting up.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 17 hours depending on the speed setting. It recharges via USB-C (cable included) and can also run while plugged in.

How long does delivery take?
Every order is dispatched within 24 hours (working days). Allow 2 to 4 working days for the UK, and 7 to 14 working days for the rest of the world. Delivery is free and fully tracked.
